Predictive Factors on Recovery of Physical Function in, Stroke, Survivors ¢¥


Abstract
The quality of survival was analyzed retrospectively by six , factors in 334 stroke victims; 144 (43%) of the 334 survivors had a good functional outcome, 72(22%) a fair one, 62(18%) a poor one and 57(17%) a worst one.
Age didn¢¥t have affected the quality of survivals.
Admission level of consciousness could be well correlated with survival quality. Initially alert patient have the most favorable outcome with statistical significances. And thee more disturbed consciousness, the poor outcomes. Considering blood pressure history, there is no difference, between hypertensive group and non hypertensive grout.
According to previous stroke history, the recovery of the first attack , group have the most, favorable outcome than other groups. Between the second, attack and more attack group has no difference.
Considering the initial symptom of stroke attack, disturbance of consciousness is the worst outcome and the most favorable outcome is paralysis of extremities.
